I've been a fan of Pixi skincare for a good while now. It started with the infamous Glow Tonic, and since I've built up quite the collection of products from the brand. Everything is very no fuss and gets the job done, and I love how simple and pretty the packaging is! Here are my top picks...
I've been toying with the idea of writing monthly posts for a while now. I knew I didn't want to go for the classic Monthly Favourites, but I also didn't want to set goals or recap a month. So, here we have The Monthly Post. Think of it as me setting up the month ahead. Here is what is on my mind this month...
Oh you bet I fell for the hype with this one. The Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel is raved about all over the internet, and it was something I always longed for but passed up due to the price - nearly £30 is a lot for a cleanser. Some of you may already know that I've been working at my university's student run magazine for a few months now. As we have finally got all of the recent issues of Magdalen online, I wanted to make a quick post to let you all know! I'm not being asked to promote it, but I and the rest of the team are so proud of our magazine so I'd love it to reach a wider audience than our campus. I've also had a few friends from online ask if they can read it, so I'm happy I can finally share it.
If any of you read my previous post, you'll know it was a bit of a downer. I don't want to rehash the negativities (you can read that post here if you like) and instead want to focus on the positive parts of my life, so here is a much happier post - my list of the best things that happened to me in 2016...
This is a bit of a strange post. Mostly because my last is dated from the 28th June, but also because I wanted to take a more personal approach and talk about my life. Today marks emiloue's 3rd year anniversary, and with it also being the start of 2017 I have been doing a lot of reflecting on my 2016. This isn't a recap or a resolutions post, and I'm sure it'll be greatly ignored, but this is one of those cases where I have to write this for myself.
